Dve ” moderne” bolesti \u00a0na koje moramo da obratimo pa\u017enju pre nego odemo u krajnost koja nam ni\u0161ta dobrog ne\u0107e doneti. Burn out sindrom bi preveo kao iscrpljenost organizama do krajnje granice a digital fatigue kao digitalno magnovenje ili iskrivljenu sliku (moji prevodi).<\/p>\n
Burn out sindrom<\/a><\/strong> nije, ali te\u017ei da postane bolest sli\u010dna depresiji ili jedan od najve\u010dih faktora koji vode u stanje depresije uz veliko fizi\u010dko optere\u0107enje organizma. U nekim medicinskim studijama, u poslednoj fazi burn out sindorma, postoji mogu\u0107nost poistve\u0107ivanja sa najte\u017eim oblikom depresije. Sindrom je najvi\u0161e vezan za gubitak energije zbog predugog rada.<\/p>\n
Digital fatigue je poreme\u0107aj u percepciji koju na\u0161 mozak ima u primanju vizuelnih i zvu\u010dnih signala kojima smo okru\u017eeni i javlja se kao posledica premorenosti, iscrpljenosti i predugog rada.<\/p>\n
O obema se mo\u017eete informisati na pretra\u017eiva\u010dima, dovoljno je uputiti pitanje \u201c\u0161ta je\u2026?\u201d, Malo je o tome pisano do sada i skoro da se niko nije ozbiljnije bavio ovim stanjima.<\/p>\n
Smatram da su izuzetno veliki problemi koji se javljaju kod osoba koje dozvole sebi da \u00a0\u201cudju\u201d u burn out sindrom. Ovo se pogotovo odnosi na community menadzere, ljude koji se bave SM profesionalno (SM- dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee).<\/p>\n
Nekoliko je jasnih razloga za\u0161to izdvajam ovu ciljnu grupu, ali treba imati u vidu da se ovo odnosi na mnoge profesije:<\/p>\n
– gubi se mogu\u010dnost racionalnog razmi\u0161ljanja,<\/p>\n
– prebrzo se donose odluke koje \u010desto ne budu ili su manjeg kvaliteta,<\/p>\n
– zbog lo\u0161ih odluka ulazi se u rizik pokretanja komunikacijske krize koja otvara nove,<\/p>\n
– afektno stanje uzrokuje nepromi\u0161ljene stavove,<\/p>\n
– posledice lose komunikacije su nesagledive,<\/p>\n
– ne priznaje se lo\u0161 rezultat, ne prihvataju se \u010dinjenice.<\/p>\n
– raznorazni izgovori postaju zamena za sve.<\/p>\n
Na burn out sindrom jo\u0161 i vise uti\u010de digital fatigue. Lo\u0161om procenom, iskrivljenom slikom i potpuno pogre\u0161nom percepcijom, u startu:<\/p>\n
– gubi se mogu\u0107nost \u201cbiti par koraka ispred\u201d,<\/p>\n
– \u0161ala nije \u0161ala nego znak za svadju,<\/p>\n
– i najmanja sugestija je najve\u010da kritika i znak za afektno reagovanje.<\/p>\n
Mo\u017eemo zajedno nabrajati sve ono \u0161to je vidljivo kod osoba sa ovim problemima, ali je mo\u017eda uputnije stvoriti sliku svih negativnih stvari koje dolaze kao rezultat ovakvog rada.<\/p>\n
Treba biti pripremljen i do\u010dekati ove trenutke svesno i samokriti\u010dno. I reagovati na prvi signal premorenosti. Najbolje bi bilo kada bi sebi priznali ovo stanje s po\u010detka, kada jo\u0161 racionalno i bez digital fatigue momenta razaznajemo simtome. Ili nas predpsotavljeni ili neko nama blizak ne opomene posle nekoliko u\u010dinjenih gre\u0161aka.<\/p>\n
Ukoliko reagujemo u prvom\/pravom trenutku, lako \u0107emo prevazi\u0107i ove probleme.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n
Osoba sa burn- outom se ose\u0107a puno bolje kada se re\u0161i problem, napor ili situacija koja ga je prouzrokovala.<\/p>\n
Prva i osnovna stvar je posvetiti se sebi! Smanjiti broj radnih sati, uzeti asistenta, prebaciti deo poslova na kolege, okrenuti se svim onim stvarima koje \u0107e opu\u0161taju\u0107i delovati na nas, a koje \u00a0godinama sklanjamo od sebe forsiraju\u0107i posao na prvom i jedinom mestu.<\/p>\n
Obzirom da SM menadzeri nemaju radno vreme i mesto sa koga rade, mora\u0107e dobrano da se potrude. Gubitak posla je u odredjenim situacijama pobeda i za njih i za njihove klijente. Bolje je vratiti posao, predati ga drugome nego unakaziti sve do tada uradjeno. Ukoliko postoji mogu\u010dnost prebacivanja posla na podizvodja\u0107a ili kolege iz ekipe – nije lo\u0161a varijanta. Bolje je nadgledati odredjeno vreme i davati smernice i sugestije nego direktno biti u poslu.<\/p>\n
“\u2026ljudi koji rade po 11 i vi\u0161e sati dnevno imaju 67% ve\u010de mogu\u010dnosti da obole za koju od sr\u010danih bolesti nego oni koji rade ob 9-16.00!(http:\/news.discovery.com\/human\/long-hours-influence-heart\u2013disease-risk). A znate da su ljudi koji se bave SM obi\u010dno ba\u0161 ljudi koji obi\u010dno spadaju u prvu kategoriju. Zato je jedna od preporuka i to da ste barem jedan sat dnevno diskonektovani te da ne proveravate sve vreme \u0161ta se doga\u0111a na SM ako niste osoba koja se time profesionalno bavi\u2026<\/a>“<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Takodje, kada se bavimo sobom, moramo razmi\u0161ljati o svom fizi\u010dkom stanju u kojem se na\u0161 organizam nalazi. Stalno sedenje za ra\u010dunarom, preme\u0161tanje iz kreveta, na fotelju ili radnu stolicu, te sedi\u0161te automobila i raznih stolica sa kojih sastan\u010dimo, doprinosi da na\u0161 organizam bude mnogo br\u017ee u zamoru tokom dana od onih koji imaju iole malo kondicije. Svakodnevne \u0161etnje, povremeno tr\u010danje ili neki lagani sport koji \u0107e nas relaksirati, joga, umnogome \u0107e doprineti da:<\/p>\n
– makar na kratko budemo diskonektovani i van materije,<\/p>\n
– da komuniciramo sa ljudima drugih interesovanja,<\/p>\n
– dobijemo info iz \u201cspolja\u0161njeg sveta\u201d od koga smo se odavno otudjili<\/em><\/del>,<\/p>\n
– i tako dalje\u2026<\/p>\n
Svakim danom profi CM imaju sve ve\u0107ih potreba da rade vise nego predhodnog dana, da \u010ditaju i u\u010de vise nego \u0161to imaju vremena, da prate de\u0161avanja na nekoliko \u201cfronta\u201d i ono najgore:<\/p>\n
“Jako te\u017eko investiramo novac u u\u010denje i prenos znanja, pa \u00bbsvako\u00ab ko ima otovren nalog na FB ili Twitteru, ve\u010d misli da zna oblast. Da ne govorim o onima koji misle da su oni to sve izmislili\u00a0 na na\u0161im prostorima\u2026<\/a>“<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
